Pomegranate Mint Spritz
A ruby-red alcohol-free spritz with pomegranate, lime, mint, ice and sparkling water.

Ingredients
- 260 ml chilled pomegranate juice
- 220 ml chilled sparkling water
- 40 ml fresh lime juice
- 30 ml alcohol-free bitter aperitif or red spritz syrup
- Agave or pomegranate syrup, to taste
- Lime slices and pomegranate seeds
- Fresh mint
- 4–5 ice cubes
Method
- Fill the JumboDrinx glass with ice and any fruit or herbs used for serving.
- Combine the chilled main ingredients and fresh citrus juice.
- Pour over the ice, top with chilled sparkling water, stir gently and serve cold with the glass straw.
