Alcohol-Free Grapefruit Spritz
A crisp, lightly bitter grapefruit spritz with lime, ice and sparkling water.

Ingredients
- 250 ml chilled pink grapefruit juice
- 160 ml chilled sparkling water
- 80 ml alcohol-free bitter aperitif, or 40 ml spritz syrup plus 40 ml water
- 20 ml fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp agave syrup or simple syrup, to taste
- 2 thin grapefruit slices
- Rosemary or mint
- 4–5 ice cubes
Method
- Fill the JumboDrinx glass with ice and any fruit or herbs used for serving.
- Combine the chilled main ingredients and fresh citrus juice.
- Pour over the ice, top with chilled sparkling water, stir gently and serve cold with the glass straw.
